So happy with this product, but even more so with the service, our original order arrived, but the colour wasn't quite right for us, and we miss judged the size needed too, nothing wrong with the product! I have to say the returns policy should be replicated EVERYWHERE! The parcel came with a pre-paid returns slip, and the option to make a note on the return if you would like an alternative product, at NO extra cost, an option I took full advantage off, the 2nd parcel arrived within a week, 100% happy with new order. 100% would recommend Big Dude, and will definitely use them again. couldn't recommend strongly enough
