Need an answer in a hurry?

Once your order has been dispatched from our Ohio warehouse, tracking information will be available on our courier's website (this can take up to 24 hours after dispatch depending on destination). Please note: orders received after 4pm (EDT time) are dispatched the following working day.

We have a 90 day return policy. Don’t worry if you’ve tried them on, we completely understand. As long as the items have not been used and are free from any pet hair or soiling, and come back with their original packaging/tags, you’re welcome to return them to us.

To start off your return, please send us an email at info@bigdudeclothing.com and we can direct you to our returns portal.

A printer is required to print out the returns label.

Please make sure you get proof of postage from the post office.

Unfortunately, we’re not currently offering exchanges on returns due to delays in transit times.

If you want to get a different item, you would need to make a new order, and the return will be refunded when it’s processed by our returns facility.

Your estimated delivery date will have been shown during the checkout process – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or by using the form above. Please check your spam folder if you can’t find the tracking email in your inbox.

It can take up to 1-2 weeks to be returned and processed by our returns facility. We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return.
