Can I return my items?

We have a 90 day return policy. Don’t worry if you’ve tried them on, we completely understand. As long as the items have not been used and are free from any pet hair or soiling, and come back with their original packaging/tags, you’re welcome to return them to us.

A printer is required to print out the returns label.

I want to exchange for a different size, how can I do it?

Unfortunately, we’re not currently offering exchanges on returns due to delays in transit times.
If you want to get a different item, you would need to make a new order, and the return will be refunded when it’s processed by our returns facility.
